Abstract
In the knowledge economy era, the competition among nations is equivalent to the competition among talents. the talents of the 21st century should not only possess profound professional knowledge, but also good humanistic quality. This paper starts from the connotation and objectives of humanistic quality educadon, then discusses the significance of humanistic knowledge and spirit in the growth of college students, as well as the ways to improve modem college students's humanistic quality.
