Abstract
With the coming of the time of post popularization of higher education,how should teachers be happy to realize the professional self-development? What is the basis of their professional self-development? Through investigating of the situation of teachers,this paper describes the external and internal basis of teachers' professional self-development with happiness.The realization of the basis for improving the teachers' professional self-development with happiness has a positive meaning.
