Abstract

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of piperacillin/tazobactam combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract hospital infection in CCU.METHODS A total of 52 patients treated with piperacillin/tazobactam infusion with a dose of 4.5 g/8 h,combined with levofloxacin with a dose of 0.5 once a day were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The total effective rate was 92.3% and the average course of treatment was 11.5 days.Bacterial clearance rate was 84.4%.Adverse reaction incidence was 7.6%.CONCLUSION Piperacillin/tazobactam combined with levofloxacin is effective and safe for lower respiratory tract hospital infection of patients in CCU,and can be used as empirical antibiotics for them.
