Abstract
Under the guiding thinking of Use of Chinese Style in the officials’ mental state in the late Qing Dynasty,the officials experienced an evolution of the cultural adaptation from Western Studies as Chinese Source to Western and Chinese in common use.Except the stubborn,on the one hand,they have to admit cultural advantages of western law education,on the other hand,they tied and bogged down in the traditional law education of imposing self-contradictory mentality.
