A Study of Private-Enterprise Financial Management

Abstract

After nearly 30 years of development,China's private enterprises has shown great vitality.However,due to lack of financial management,part of the private enterprises has encountered a variety of problems such as investment problem and financing problem in the development process.Through analysis of the present situation of private-enterprise financial management,this thesis finds out the problems and draws a way to guide private enterprises out of the financial management difficulties.
