Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management in Private Enterprises

With economic development and expanding range of the enterprise financial activities,financial management has also become increasingly important.However,the financial management of private enterprises is not optimistic.Starting from our financial management status of private enterprises,this paper analyses the main problems and weaknesses of private enterprises' financial management and recommends how to strengthen their management in order to develop private enterprises sustainably,healthfully and rapidly.
