Views on the Qing Dynasty's Reign and Development of Southwestern Frontier

Southwestern China frontier mainly falls into Bashu and Xinanyi two geological and cultural areas.Because of southwestern area's unbalanced development in addition to the different developing aims,purposes and approaches,the northern part of Bashu region melted into Huaxia political and cultural system long time ago and became the center of southwester region,but Yunnan and Guizhou regions were in the margin position of the Dynasty for a long time.This pattern has existed till the Tang and Song dynasties since the Qin and Han Dynasties.
