Abstract
Using different doses of 60Co-γ to irradiation straw for pretreatment, then the enzymatic hydrolysis was conducted to pretreated straw. The results showed that in comparison with control, after enzymatic hydrolysis of 400,800,1 200,1 600 and 2 000 kGy of 60Co-γ pretreated straw for 96 h,the enzymatic digestibility increased by 1.5,2.2,3.0,3.1 and 2.6 times, respectively.A certain dose of 60Co-γ irradiation can reduce the contents of cellulose and hemicellulose in straw and destroy microcosmic physical structure of straw, thereby influencing the enzymatic digestibility of straw.
