Abstract

In this paper, rice straw was treated by 60 Co-γ irradiation and cellulase to improve the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency.Fermentable sugars in the rice straw enzymes-hydrolyzed liquid were measured by Ion Chromatography.Hydrolysis temperature, enzyme dosage,liquid-to-solid ratio and hydrolysis time was analyzed respectively, the optimized enzyme hydrolysis conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimal irradiation dose was 1 200 kGy when the range form 0 to 2 000 kGy.And the optimum conditions of enzyme hydrolysis was 50 ℃,36 h,liquid-to-solid ratio:60,enzyme dosage:120 U/g.The total conversion of cellulose and hemicellulose up to 71%.
