Problems and Countermeasures in Baoding Small Hydropower Development

After decades of development and construction,Baoding rural hydropower obtains significant achievement and plays an important role in the local rural economic and social development. Meanwhile,rural hydropower is still faced with many problems to be solved in the process of development. The problems of Baoding rural hydropower in the aspects of construction,operation and management are analyzed,strategies and recommendations to regulate rural hydropower development and construction order,and promote rural hydropower sustainable development are proposed.
