Thinking of Chengde Hydropower Resources Development and Rural Hydropower Sustainable Development

Chengde hydropower resources are more abundant,but are relatively undeveloped.The limitation factors of hydropower resource development and utilization were analyzed through studying the hydropower resources and development condition of the whole city.Pelying on small hydropower fuel project and rural electrification county construction projects,overall plans should be made and all factors should be taken into consideration,rational and orderly development of hydropower resources should be insisted to achieve Chengde rural hydropower sustainable development.
