Abstract
It is the inevitable choice for Chongqing's urban traffic to establish rail traffic as its major urban traffic development strategy.This paper expatiates on the issue of developing urban traffic and its effect on urban structure,analyzes the status quo of urban traffic in Chongqing,and puts forward the ideas and directions on the development of Chongqing urban rail traffic.
