Urban Rail Traffic and Its Development Prospect in China

Abstract

Urban rail traffic is rapid public transit mode. Based on analysis of the traffic problem in large cities,the author discusses the developing countermeasures of traffic in the large cities.Based on the characteristics and suitable conditions of rail traffic,the author put forward that developing rail traffic is a pressing matter at the moment in improving large cities' traffic situation.
