On the Employment Rate of College Graduates

Abstract

The policy for the employment rate of college graduates can motivate educational quality and employment direction.With the deepening of China's educational reform,higher education has converted from elite education to popularity education.Then college graduates' employment is becoming the focus of the society,so is its employment rate.To solve this problem,the rational ways are setting reasonable statistic time,defining scientifically the employment rate,evaluating the employment in view of rate and quality.
