Abstract
The employment rate of college graduates is the key indicator revealing the employment situation of supply and demand as well as the foundation for making employment policies.The key factors concerning the employment rate of college graduates are the imbalance between supply and demand,between labor force and industrial structure,unrealistic expectation and poor employment guidance,which are waiting for their solution.
