An Exploration on Constructing the System Evaluating College Graduates' Employment Quality

Abstract
College graduates' employment rate has been the focus of social concern and it is one of the most important factors for evaluating a university.However,as the higher education reform furthers,to evaluate a university's management and teaching quality by means of its graduate employment rate is proved limited.Therefore,it is extremely significant to construct definition and yardstick that can be used to evaluate college graduates' employment quality,propose the concept of employment quality rate on the basis of employment rate,and systematically explore and research employment quality.
