Research on classroom teaching quality assessment system of the students

Assessment of the teachers' teaching quality is a key factor in school education system evaluation.The students are the direct object of the classroom teaching taking part in the whole process of the classroom teaching,so they have the most say in classroom teaching quality.On the basis of my experience in teaching as well as the sufficient investigation in and research on the quality management,eleven targets fully reflecting the classroom teaching quality are selected as the main targets of teaching evaluation to construct the students evaluation system.By using the self-developed evaluation software,a detailed investigation and evaluation on all the teachers' classroom teaching quality is conducted,and an objective teaching quality evaluation is acquired to reflect the true level of teaching.According to the operational situations in recent years,this paper analyzes the insufficiency existent in the evaluation system and proposes the corresponding measures for improvement.The operational effect shows that this student evaluation system is worth promoting and applying.
