Abstract
OBJECTIVE To understand the situation and the influencing factors of hyperuricemia concerning workers in Dezhou.METHODS We collated and used statistical analysis for 99 040 workers who attend social insurance.RESULTS The hyperuricemia prevalence of workers in Dezhou city was 6.08%,7.71% for male and 4.10% for female. The unconditional multivariate Logistic regression showed that age(OR = 1.145),gender(OR = 1.923),institution nature(OR = 1.387),BMI(OR = 1.549),smoking(OR = 1.213)and drinking(OR = 1.714),high triglycerides hematic disease(OR = 3.608),hyperglycemia(OR = 1.338),hypertension(OR = 2.272)were the risk factors of hyperuricemia.CONCLUSION There is a relatively low prevalence of hyperuricemia in workers of Dezhou.More exercises, losing weight, less high-kalorie food, rejecting smoking and limited drinking can reduce hyperuricemia incidences.
