The effect observation of lidocaine combined with misoprostol in the primipara induced abortion

Objective To observe the effect of lidocaine combined with misoprostol in the primipara induced abortion.Methods Preoperative 2h,test group were gave misoprostol 0.4mg in posterior fornix;Preoperative 5min were injected 1% lidocaine 5ml in cervical.The control group were used conventional abortion method.Observed analgesic effect,relaxation of the cervix and an integrated response to the incidence of induced abortion of two groups.Results Analgesic effect,cervical relaxation effects,an integrated response to abortion of test group were significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine combined medication for pregnant women can effectively algesia,promote cervical relaxation,reduce the incidence of abortion.
