Abstract
Objective To research the efficacy of lidocaine combined with misoprostol applied in artificial abortion artificial abortion. Methods 72 cases of healthy pregnant receiving artificial abortion in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were selected randomly and divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lidocaine, and the research group was treated with lidocaine combined with misoprostol. Results The pain intensity and bleeding amount in operation between two groups were significantly different(P0.05), and the effective rate of cervix relaxation between two groups was significantly different(P0.05). In the research group, there were 3 cases(8.33%) with adverse events, and there were 13 cases(36.11%) with adverse events in the control group, the difference was significance(P0.05). Conclusion Lidocaine combined with misoprostol applied in artificial abortion not only can reduce the operation time and bleeding amount, but also can remit the pain in operation.
