Analysis of Real Estate Investment Trust Fund in Historical Perspective

Abstract

In this paper,based on the real estate investment fund(Real Estate Investment Trust,REITs) and the meaning of the world major countries of REITs development present situation in the foundation,it analyzed our country REITs present situation and the existence problems,proposed that our country develop the meaning of REITs,finally put forward the way to develop our real estate investment trust fund development policy recommendations.
