Abstract

The article started with the development model of our country's real estate investment trusts(REITs),then brought forward that we should first develop the REITs of contract,enclosed,public collection and fund trust.Meanwhile,it discussed the operation models about the REITs of contract,enclosed,public collection and fund trust.
