Abstract
That the constitution is supreme refers to a country's constitution has the highest legal effect in the law and the practice.The constitution is the fundamental law,is the rationality and the justice centralism manifestion,its core spirit is the authority restriction,the safeguard of human rights.The realization of constitution supreme strengthens the constitution's standards and the scientific nature,perfects constitution judicial system,the safeguard system and the inspector general system,and strengthens the constitution propaganda and populace's constitution idea.
