Abstract

Constitution is fundamental law with highest effect in our country.It is necessary requirement of rule-of-law society to maintain the constitution's supreme paramountcy.The article analyzes the executive status of constitution,discusses the scholars' views,expounds that constitution and the people congress should be with paramountcy in our country.
