Abstract

The authority of constitution approximately contains three implications: constitution is supreme, constitution is genuine, and constitution is believed in. After outlining these, the writer integrates the realities about constitutionalism, and inquires into what has to be done to fully realize the authority of constitution in China: the relations between politics and constitution and laws, actions of political parties being ruled by law, and the establishment of examining systems against the violation of the constitution.
