My Views on Teaching Ability Training of Young College Teachers

Abstract

The prosperity of a country lies in the hands of its young generation.And the sustainable development of a college or university is left with its young teachers.It is a prerequisite for a teacher to be qualified for teaching.This paper discusses the ways of improving the teaching ability of young college teachers to ensure the quality of teaching,and puts forward the measures to solve the problems in teaching.
