Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between serum hyaluronic acid(HA),procollagen Ⅲ(PCⅢ) and the liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,ALB and GLO) of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods Serum HA,PCⅢ and the liver function were detected in 81 patients with liver cirrhosis.Data were analyzed statistically. Results The level of serum HA of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis was significantly higher than that of patients with compensated liver cirrhosis. There was no significan difference between the level of serum PCⅢ of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis and that of patients with compensated liver cirrhosis. The levels of serum TBIL and DBIL of decompensated liver cirrhosis were significantly higher than that of compensated liver cirrhosis. The serum ALB level of decompensated liver cirrhosis was significantly lower than that of compensated livercirrhosis.Serum HA was significantly correlated with the serum levels of TBIL,DBIL,AST and ALB.Serum PCⅢ was significantly correlated with the serum levels of TBIL,DBIL and GLO.Conclusion Serum HA was significantly correlated with the serum levels of TBIl,DBIL,AST and ALB in liver cirrhosis. And serum PCⅢ was significantly correlated with the serum levels of TBIL,DBIL and GLO in liver cirrhosis.
