Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value of coagulation indices, serum prealbumin(PA) and total bile acid(TBA) in patients with liver cirrhosis Methods The coagulation indices(PT,aPTF,TT,Fbg)and liver function(ALT,TBIL,PA,ALB,TBA) in 165 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis(cirrhosis group)and 50 healthy peoples(control group) were detected the results between groups after cirrhosis Child-Pugh classification were compared. Results Comparing with healethy group,PT,aPTF,TT prolonged,Fbg declined,ALT,TBIL,TBA increased and PA,ALB decreased in cirrhosis group(P0.01).PT,aPTT,TT prolonged,Fbg declined,TBIL,TBA increased and PA,ALB decreased gradually in patients with the increase of their Child-Pugh grades, and there were statistically significant differences between different grades(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion The levels of coagulation indices, serum prealbumin and total bile acid level reflect synthetic function of live. They can be used as important indicators to assess the state and prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis.
