Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect of silibinin combined with lamivudine for liver cirrhosis in patients with hepatitis B.Methods 64 cases with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. At 12 months and 6 months before and after the treatment, the liver fibrosis and liver function indicators were determined and compared. Results The indicator of liver fibrosis and liver function of the treatment group decline slowly than that of the control group(P0.05).In the treatment group,AST decreased obviously after 6 months and 12 months of treatment, and its efficacy was associated with the course of treatment. Conclusion Lamivudine combined with silibinin can significantly improve the hepatic fibrosis and liver function indicators in liver cirrhosis patients with hepatitis B.
