Abstract
Objective To study the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis in clinical efficacy. Methods The patient re-treated 80 cases of drug-resistant TB patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The same two groups of patients given anti-TB drug therapy, based on the treatment group of 40 patients a day with a self-made traditional Chinese medicine Yangyinrunfei decoction,sub-2 dose;the control group of 40 patients given only oral anti-TB drugs treatment, course of treatment are 1 month.Healthy control group of 40 human peripheral blood as controls. Results In the treatment group and control group before treatment, peripheral blood T cell subsets was no significant difference(P0.05),compared with healthy control group differences were statistically significant(P0.05);treatment group sputum smear and Mycobacterium tuberculosis sputum culture turned negative lesions absorbed better, erythrocyte sedimentation rate returned to normal compared with the control group significantly(P0.05);peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment difference was statistically significance(P0.05),the control group before and after treatment difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine combination therapy can better improve the immune status of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis,to promote the improvement of clinical symptoms.
