Abstract

To study the optimum technology of extracting and purifying polyphenol from grape seeds.Choosing the optimum technology of extracting polyphonel from grape seeds with orthogonal experimental.Then choosing the optimum macroporous resin and technology to purify the polyphonel extracted from grape seeds.The best extracting conditions was extracted with ultrasonic wave,extracting proportion was 1:12,40mins extracting per one time,extracting 4times and the ethanol concentration can be reached 60%,the rate of extracting polyphenol was more than 95%.Purification conditions: Choosing D101 macroporous resin from 7 resins as the optimum resin for purifying polyphonel,its greatest adsorption capacity was 175 mg/g resin,elution with 60% ethanol,analytical rate of 95%,the purity of more than 96%.This method is simple,short period,low cost,Polyphenol which can be gotton was high purity,general rate was more than 80%,and it was of great significance for industry.
