Abstract
Polyphenol was extracted from mango kernel seeds by microwave-assisted extraction method and purified by the macroporous resin. The results showed that through single factor and orthogonal test, the best extracting conditions for microwave-assisted extraction method was:60% alcohol as extracting solvent with a solid/solvent ratio of 1:15(w/v) and microwave power of 385 W extracting for 2.5 min.The optimum adsorption and separation conditions for the crude extract on AB-8 macroporous adhesive resin column were as follows:the feed concentration of 4 mg/mL with flow rate of 2 BV/h,The desorption solvent was 3 BV of 60% ethanol with flow velocity of 2 BV/h.
