Abstract
Chrysanthemum [Opisthopapus taihangensis(Ling) Shih] flower were digested by HNO3+HClO4(4V∶1V),Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was successfully used to determine mineral elements such as Ca, Mn, Fe, Mg, B, Zn and K in chrysanthemum flower.The results indicated that the linear relationships for different elements within the limits of working curves are good,and the range of recovery is 98%-103%,the results are satisfactory.
