Abstract

Camellia japonica L.flowers were digested by HNO3+HClO4(4V∶1V),Inductively oupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was successfully used to determine mineral lements such as Ca,Mn,Fe,Mg,B,Zn and K Camellia japonicaL.flowers.The results indicated that he linear relationships for different elements within the limits of working curves are good,and the ange of recovery is 98%—103%,the results are satisfactory.
