Abstract
The 24 inorganic elements including Li,B,Mg,Al,P,Ca,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Sr,Ba,Cd,Pb,Na,K,Be,Tl and Mo in roots and stems of P. pentandrum(Blanco)Merr. were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with HNO3 and H2O2 digestion. The experiment results show that roots and stems of P. pentandrum(Blanco)Merr. contain rich amount of essential macro and trace elements, among which the contents of Ca,K,Mg and P are high, and in the stem Kand P contents are higher than that in roots. The methods are verified by comparative analysis of the standard reference material, and the precision RSD was in the range of 0.5%~6.9%.This method was applied to the determination of inorganic elements in the sample of P. pentandrum(Blanco) Merr. with good accuracy and precision.
