Abstract
Using monofactorial and orthogonal test to study optimum conditions for extracting polysaccharide from Phellinus igniarius fruit bodies, the conditions included extracting temperature, sample water ratio, extracting times, extracting time. The optimum conditions were extracting temperature 95℃,sample water ratio 1:50,extracting times 2 times, extracting time 2h.
