Abstract
The result showsed that hot water method for extracting polysaccharide from fermentive Phellinus igniarius was appropriate by using single-factor experiment and orthogonal testing.Optimal conditions were:1:50 sample:water ratio,2 h lixiviation time,70℃ lixiviation temperature,and 80% final ethanol concentration,getting 3.48% polysaccharides.
