Abstract
Optimum condition for extracting polysaccharide from Phellinus igniarius bodies were studied using mono-factorial and orthogonal testing. The optimum condition for extraction of polysaccharide were obtained:extraction temperature 95℃,sample water ratio 1:50,extraction times 2,extraction time 2h.The analysis method of TLC and GC were adopted to compare the composition of monosaccharide of two kinds of Phellinus igniarius, the result showed that the monosaccharide compositions of fruit-body(R)were:rhamnose,arabinose,xylose,glucose,mannanase,galoctose.fruit-body(H)are:rhamnose,arabinose,glucose,mannanase,galoctose.
