the Clinical Effects of Cataract Glaucoma Hand Treatment of Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma

Objective To observe the clinical evaluation of the operation of combining cataract and glaucoma with topical anesthesia.Methods 43 patients(52 eyes) with multiple episodes primary acute angle-closure glaucoma patients with cataract were treated by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy,followed up for 6 months.Results Vision of all patients were improved after operation.The postoperative visual acuity was ≥ 0.1 in 47 eyes(90.39%),≥ 0.5 in 29 eyes(55.77%).6 months after operation the intraoeular pressure(IOP) was 11 ~ 26mmHg,mean IOP(1 4.56 ± 4.12) mm H g.IOP of 48 eyes(92.31%) were within normal range,IOP of 4 eyes was controlled with antiglaucoma eye drops.Conclusion The clinical results of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantstion and trabeculectomy were satisfactory.
