The N-terminal Pro Brain Natriuretic Peptide Diagnostic Value of Heart Failure

Objective Evaluation about the level of plasma N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) diagnostic value of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Select 95 patients in hospital,the 95 patients were selected heart failure group and no-heart failure group,and 15 pepole of health is contrast group.We detected the level of NT-proBNP in peripheral blood sample of 95 patients with cardiac insufficiency by ECLIA.Results 3 groups of plasma NT-proBNP level,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);two two,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The plasma level of NT-proBNP was negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.326,P0.05).Conclusion NT-proBNP is an objective index,it is one of the rapid diagnosis indexes of the CHF.The provides laboratory based to clinical physicians on the diagnosis and treatment.
