Abstract
Through regulating land temperature by use of digital display temperature meter,the influences of ABT 1 and ABT 2 rooting powder with different concentrations on the rooting effect of hardwood cutting of Populus diversifolia Schrenk are obvious,especially to increase the rooting rate,which the rooting rate can be the highest with a concentration at 400 mg/kg and treating for 2 hours.These two kinds of rooting powder treatment can influence the survival rate significantly,and the average survival rate treated with ABT 1 is the highest,reaching up to 42.1%.
