Abstract
The one-year-old?Sabina procumbens cuttings were soaked with ABT-1 rooting powder to make a cutting test, the effects of ABT-1 rooting powder on rooting rate and rooting length were investigated. The results show the rooting rates had significant differences under 50 mg/L,100 mg/L,150 mg/L concentration and different soaking time, the rooting rate was gradually increased with increasing immersion time at low concentration levels;while the rooting rate firstly increased and then reduced at higher concentration levels. The differences of rooting length with different concentrations and treating time were significant,of them the treatment with 100 mg/L for 3 hours resulted the best effect, rooting rate was 96%,and root length reached 3.68 cm.
