Abstract
Objective : To investigate the relationship between the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia and the levels of the adhesion molecules CD31、CD44 in the blood and marrow of AA(Aplastic anemia). Methods: The expression of CD31、CD44 on the MNC from 20 AA patients and 8 normal controls were measured with immunofluorescence assay. Results: The levels of CD31、CD44 were lower in AA group than in normal control;By corrlation analysis in AA group it was found that the levels of CD31 CD44 in blood and marrow were positively correlated with the WBC platelet hemoglobin in blood and positively correlated with the proportion of granulocyte erythrocyte egacaryocyte in marrow . Conclusion: The adhesion molecules aberration might participate in the pathogenesis of AA.
