Abstract
This paper introduced the current research state of the urban land grading in China, and analyzed the six main factors that affecting the urban land grades. On the basis of the studying the natural, economic and social conditions of Shanxi Province, the urban land grading system of Shanxi Province was established. In addition, the paper discussed the reasonability of some of the indexes. [
