Abstract
Objective To study the effect of fresh amnion transplantation in the treatment of chemical burn and serious corneal disease.Methods 12 cases with alkaline chemical bum(14 eyes)and 46 cases with corneal ulcer(46 eyes)were underdone fresh amniom transplantation.Results Of 46 cases,forty eyes were healed up in 15 days after treatment,and the other two eyes were healed up after the second transplantation.Continued dissolution,perforation and iris atrophy weren′t found in 14 eyes with alkaling chemical burn after surgery.Conclusion Fresh anion transplantation is an effect surgical method for reconstruction of ocular surface,it can effectively reconstruct cornea surface,relieve the inflammation reaction,reduce the growth of blood vessel and restrain the hyperplasia of fibre organization
