Abstract
Objective To analyze the serum homocysteine(Hcy) level and non heart failure in primary acute myocardial infarction patients with ST segment elevation extent of coronary artery lesions have no correlation and its clinical significance. Methods 65 patients with non heart failure, acute myocardial infarction,20 patients in the control group for the health examination center. The fasting levels were measured in each Hcy,the severity of coronary artery lesion and the level of Hcy correlation analysis, and compares the different infarct Hcy level. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Measurement data using(mean ± standard deviation) said, using t test analysis.Using Pearson correlation analysis between Hcy and coronary artery score.P 0.05 was significant difference. Results Acute myocardial infarction group,Hcy level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 0.001).Correlation between plasma Hcy level and coronary lesion score was positively, the correlation coefficient is r =0.695.Conclusion In the exclusion of failure factors, the higher the Hcy level, the more severe lesions of coronary artery in patients with acute myocardial infarction degree.Hcy determination of risk stratification and prognosis is helpful for patients with acute myocardial infarction.
