Abstract
Objective: To establish quality standard for Shushenling Capsules. Methods: Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Schisandrae chinensis Fructus,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma were identified by TLC,and the content of schisandrin in Schisandrae chinensis Fructus was determined by HPLC. Results: TLC could identify Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Schisandrae chinensis Fructus,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma. schisandrin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 040 7 ~ 0. 366 5 μg. The average recovery was 100. 38%( n = 6), and RSD was 1. 2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, high specificity, and with good repeatability. The method can be used for Shushenling Capsules quality control.
