Study on the Scientific Development of Rural Ecological Civilization Based on Circular Economy

Circular economy is actually a kind of ecological economy.To guide the change of rural production,living and consumption patterns by circular economy thinking is an important part of implementing circular economy development model and realizing the development of rural ecological civilization.This paper analyzes the development requirements of rural ecological civilization,as well as the important section of agricultural circulation economy;points out that the implementation of circular economy is the inevitable choice to improve the rural ecological environment and realize the scientific development of rural ecological civilization;accordingly,the scientific ways of rural ecological civilization' s development are proposed which include structuring the agricultural circular economy system complying with Chinese characteristics,promoting agricultural technology innovation system, changing the traditional rural lifestyle,realizing the rural ecological,and improving the construction mechanism of ecological civilization and etc.
