Abstract

The ecological civilization construction is put forward to promote green development, cycle development and low carbon development. Circular economy is the important content of ecological civilization construction. In the new era we still need to promote the development of circular economy. The paper puts forward the suggestions of the circular economy based on the ecological civilization.
