The clinical observation on treating the acute episode of infantile asthma with aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulphate

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating the acute episode of infantile asthma with aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulphate.Methods 72 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups received comprehensive therapy,moreover,the treatment group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulphate additionally.Results The exellence rate(69.4%)and the total effectiveness rate(100%)of the treatment group was significantly higher than those of control group(36.1%,77.8%)(P0.01).The disappearance time of symptoms,physical sign and hospitalizing time in treatment group were obviously shorter than those of the control group(P0.01).The treatment group had no side effects.Conclusion The method which is positive and with few side effects in treating the acute episode of infantile asthma with aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulphate is worth spreading in the clinic.
